If our team cannot access the property at the agreed time, the visit may be charged in full.

Clients must ensure:

Running water, electricity, and adequate lighting

Pets are secured where necessary

Fragile or valuable items are stored safely

7. Liability

Loss or damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Complaints

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the service. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a re‑clean or reasonable resolution.

9. Payments

A Deposit is required once agreement is accepted. The balance is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may incur additional charges.

We accept bank transfer and other agreed payment methods.
